Marketing Assistant (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.  

Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will support our Marketing & PR team in the day-to-day business – from event coordination and content management to collaboration with partners and project tracking. Depending on your level of experience, you will work on one or more of the following tasks:

• Coordinating and organizing trade shows and events, including on-site support

• Supporting content creation and managing social media activities

• Liaising with agencies, service providers, and media partners

• Researching, drafting texts, and preparing presentations or decision materials

• Maintaining lists, calendars, roadmaps, and tracking KPIs

• Organizing and coordinating appointments, meetings, and business trips

• Assisting with general day-to-day operations

Required Skills:

• Background in communications, marketing, office management, or a related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly style

• Experience with standard office tools and social media platforms

• Flexible, reliable, and eager to take on diverse tasks

• Fluent in German and English (business level)
