Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (f/m/d)

eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future.
We are looking for a Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (f/m/d) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain order confirmations, including checking them against purchase orders for prices, quantities, delivery dates and terms, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers

• Track delivery dates, follow up consistently with suppliers in case of delays, and inform the relevant departments of schedule changes in a timely manner

• Create and maintain items in the ERP system, including item master data, manufacturer part numbers, prices, lead times and purchasing information

• Maintain supplier data, including master data, contact details, terms and conditions, certificates and supplier evaluations

• Ensure high data quality through regular data reviews and cleansing, including the identification and resolution of duplicate records

• Support operational purchasing processes, from purchase requisitions through to invoice verification

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of master data standards and purchasing processes within the ERP system

Required Skills:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, or an equivalent qualification

• Professional experience in purchasing, order processing or master data management, ideally in a technology-driven environment

• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally Odoo, as well as good Excel skills

• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Basic technical understanding to accurately enter items and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, combined with a structured and independent approach to work

• Strong communication skills and persistence when following up with suppliers on delivery dates

• A collaborative mindset, a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, growing company
