Getting to know each other
In this first interview, we’ll explore your background, experience, and what motivates you, while giving you insight into eleQtron — who we are, how we work, and what we’re building. It’s also your chance to ask questions and assess whether the role and company feel like the right fit.
Manager’s interview
In this interview, you’ll meet your potential manager for a deeper conversation about your experience, skills, and approach to work. We’ll explore how you think, how you’d contribute to the team, and how your expertise connects to the challenges we’re working on. Expect a mix of practical questions and open discussion about the role and team.
Final stage(s)
In the final part of the process, you may be asked to complete a case study or technical assessment, depending on the role. You’ll also meet with key team members — often including one of our founders — to explore how we’d work together and give you a fuller picture of life at eleQtron. By this point, we’re not just assessing; we’re imagining what building something great together could look like.
